Host A Ride Form

Please fill out this Host Form and press submit button. Then the administrator will be able to email your form to all members so they will know about your ride. **Allow one week prior to your ride, please. IMPORTANT: Participants going on your hosted ride will need to RSVP directly to you after the administrator emails them your host form information.

Host will need to print off and bring the following with them to the trail head along with a pen:
1) Attendance Sheet (In addition, you will also submit this sheet electronically after the ride.)
2) Membership/Liability Form (Members can fill this out electronically and submit it prior to
going to the trailhead instead if they like).
3) Safety Guidelines Sheet

Host to review the following with all riders before each ride begins:
● Get headcount recorded onto attendance signup sheet.
● CONFIRM EACH PERSON AS A MEMBER OF OUR CHAPTER (if nonmember, they should be a one-time guest of a member and encouraged to join OUR chapter).
● Confirm someone has First Aid Kit(s) for horses/people.
● Identify who is First Aid trained and who might have asthma, bee allergy, or heart condition we should know about for the ride.
● EXPECTATIONS: Read Safety Guideline sheet out loud please.
